The short version: this site collects nothing about you. The long version is below, because saying so is not the same as showing it.
Who we are
NTK Solutions is a two person software studio based in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. We are the ones responsible for this site and for any personal data you choose to send us. Anything about this policy: business@ntk.solutions.
What the site collects
Nothing. ntk.solutions is a static site: there are no accounts, no logins and no form that posts anywhere. Whatever you pick in the quote builder stays in your browser.
What stays on your device
One thing: the tier and the add-ons you put in a quote, saved in your browser under a single key. It never leaves your device and we never see it. Clearing your browsing data removes it. Your language is in the address you are reading, not in storage.
When you write to us
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp we receive what you send: your name, your address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to quote the work, and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not add you to any list.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, theirs records requests: IP address, timestamp, the page requested and the browser used. Those logs belong to the provider and exist for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to profile anyone.
Third parties
Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google. A package page may embed a video, and in that case the player only loads after you press play. Nothing else on the site calls out to another company.
Your rights
Under Argentine law 25.326 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to business@ntk.solutions and we answer within ten days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can take it to the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
